Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us at Contact@Killinitinc.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or provide a solution.

Order Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
